Extract; Reflexology works on similar principles to acupuncture there is a belief that energy channels flow through our body and if you start to feel unwell or get aches and pains that there is a blockage in the energy channels.
When performing a Reflexology treatment we use specific pressure movements that are firm but gentle in a specific routine on both of your feet. Reflexology can help unblock these and allow your energy to flow freely again.
Reflexology is a powerful but completely non invasive treatment. It is very relaxing and bring about a balance between your body and mind that is hard to describe ... you need to experience it!
