Cancellation Policy & Terms & Conditions
When you become a client of the Tranquility Lash & Beauty Academy you agree to abide by our terms of business and cancellation policy.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee
All bookings made require a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the treatment cost, this is payable to secure your appointment time with us. Payable immediately when using our online booking system or in salon or over the phone you have 48 hours to pay the invoice. This will be taken off the treatment cost. If I do not receive the booking fee, the appointments will be cancelled, and the appointment times released again.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change your appointment.
If less than 48 hours notice is given you will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment value and lose any booking fee/deposits.
Should you need to cancel your appointment outside of 48 hours your booking fee is transferable to an alternative booking. You can contact me on 07941576219 or via email; firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may have your treatment time reduced in order to avoid inconvenience to other clients. Full treatment amount will be charged.
Failure to show for your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost. No further appointments will be accepted until this payment has been made and a 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required for all future treatments.
