COVID 19 INFECTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL POLICY FOR TRANQUILITY LASH & BEAUTY

As a business owner my absolute priority is to follow any new guidelines provided to ensure the protection of you, my clients and myself. 

When I re-open you will still receive the same high-quality service, but certain things will be different.
 
It has been very difficult for all of us dealing with the impact of the global Covid-19 pandemic, but we have all learnt to adapt and deal with the changes to our lives.

I have implemented a number of changes in the business to keep us all safe, things may not look the same as before but you will still receive the same wonderful treatments. Please read my Covid19 Infection Prevention and Control Policy for you to familiarise yourself with what will be changing, what you need to do as my client and what I have implemented to make sure you are as safe as possible. I have also emailed this to you all.

This is still subject to change depending on what the government decides and will be updated regularly in accordance with the latest information.
It is using best practice from other countries where salons have already been allowed to reopen and is the recommendations given by the NHBF National Hair & Beauty Federation.

A new EU law called General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) comes in to force on 25th May 2018.

 

Over the next few weeks I will be updating my client record cards, consultation forms and various permission forms (including even needing permission to contact you by text message to confirm your appointments).

 

I will be notifying all clients of the details I hold for them, why and how I keep the data collected safe and inline with the new data protection act coming into force at the end of May.
