Reflexology

I use the ancient art of Reflexology to treat specific conditions or for a soothing, calming effect on the whole body. 
Similar to accupuncture it is believed that there can be blockages in the natural energy flow in the body.
In Reflexology we use applied massage and stimulation of reflex points located in the feet, when blockages are cleared and the energy flows freely again.
I follow a specific routine that covers all parts of the body that are represented on the feet.
 

Use reflexology to promote healing and a more balanced way of life. Most of my clients find they sleep really well after they have had a Reflexology treatment.
 

The full treatment targets the whole body. I use Orli's Feet Treat Shea and Cocoa Butter Massage Candle with essential oils, once heated the oil is warm and makes your feet so soft. I end the treatment with a foot massage.

Indian Head Massage

This is an excellent treatment for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraines and sinus problems.

The experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving you feeling energised and revitalised. 

I offer a modern version which is carried out whilst lying down, massage oil is applied to the skin and hair. 

I will settle you on the heated massage couch under a lovely fluffy blanket.

The treatment starts with gentle massage at the top of the arms, then top of the back, shoulders and neck,

I will then move on to the back of the scalp and complete the head massage, we will turn you over and complete the front of the scalp massage, the treatment ends with a wonderful face massage. 
You will be so relaxed afterwards!

Hopi Ear Candling

This is a natural therapy handed down by many civilisations.  The ear candles I use are handmade with beeswax and a beautiful, therapeutic Rose Scent (they do not contain harmful paraffin unlike many other ear candles).  

The gentle warmth of the very light smoke produced during the burning of the candle, slightly vibrates the ear drum, encouraging a change in the energy pathways (the same energy pathways that are utilised in Reflexology & Reiki) creating balance and harmony with-in the unreachable inner ear and sinus cavities. The treatment equalises the pressure in the head and ears.

This treatment is used for blocked ears and removing excess ear wax;  Tinnitus; Sinusitis; Earache; Headaches & Migraines; Sinus Pressure/Pain; Stress and Tension.

It has a calming and re-balancing effect.
