My Training Academy Launches!!
I have used the lockdowns in the last year productively, I am always looking for ways to improve and expand my business and I just wanted to update you all.
I completed my teacher training diploma last year and I have written my course manuals, these have all been reviewed and my courses are now accredited by Professional Beauty Direct.
All this hard work in the background means that I can now formally launch my training academy.
I will be teaching 5 different Lash and Brow courses. These can be for complete beginners that are new to the beauty industry (except my Russian Volume Lash Course) or you could already be in the beauty business but want to add some different treatments to your menu.
Training and helping new lash and brow artists is an amazing service that I am are proud to offer to both experienced artists and new technicians looking to join the industry or who want to improve any aspect of their lash and brow skills. I am a multi-award winning lash artist with years of training and experience and I really look forward to passing these skills on.

I think living through the pandemic over the last year has made a lot of people reconsider their lives. Considering what they actually want out of life, their work-life balance, whether we want to work for ourselves or continue on the path we are on.
Whatever your reason, I want to offer you training in very small groups, either one or two students.

What can I offer you?
I only teach very small classes.
Either 1 to 1 or 2 to 1, so you will have the opportunity to learn as much as possible from me without my attention being spread across lots of students. I think with such an intricate skill as creating eyelash extensions, you need a lot of attention from your trainer, this was the best approach for me when I was learning.
You will work on a model to complete the practical aspect of your training.
This is important because not all training courses offer this. Unfortunately, my first training course for classic eyelash extensions only offered practical work on just a mannequin head and I was given my certificate that day (I had never applied a lash to a human being!) Luckily, I went on to book further lash training with some amazing lash artists.
Excellent aftercare will also be key to my training.
Your learning experience does not end the minute you leave the training room, you will be supported throughout your case studies up to when you qualify (I will reply in working hours). I think this is key to creating amazing competent lash and brow artists. I will have a Facebook Support Group for my Students. You will be able to contact me if you have any questions or need support and help.
It is NOT going to be a 1 day of training and then you have passed your course.
I will need to see how you are progressing and review your case studies. I will give you feedback and when I believe you have demonstrated the skills and can safely apply lashes or create lovely brow tint and shapes then you will pass and get your certificate.
I have decided to offer a combined Classic and Premade Fans course.
This is because I believe it is important to be able to apply premade fans safely and to fully understand everything that this requires. The application technique for premade fans and classic lashes is the same but there is a lot of additional information that you will be taught about using premade fans safely.
The unique opportunity you will gain from training with me and doing this course is that you will be able to offer various different full sets of eyelash extensions safely once you have completed my course, the case studies and gained your certificate. You can then offer full sets of classic individual lashes, hybrid lashes (a mix of the two) and premade volume fan lashes. You do not need to have a current qualification in eyelash extensions to attend this accredited course.
All training courses will take place at my home salon in Brackley, Northamptonshire. I will deliver a high standard of training and case studies are required before you will gain your certificate. I will go through this fully on your course. There is a minimum of 5 case studies required but no maximum. You will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of skill and safety when carrying out these treatments around the eyes.
